This is the traditional bookkeeping services which entails helping you with your credit control including managing your Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable. Making sure all the transactions carried out are coded to the appropriate ledger and preparing your trial balance in readiness for your accountant to finalise the account.We will also provide you with your weekly or monthly cashflow.

We can visit your business (i.e if accessible by us) at a time convenient to you to collect paper work for all transactions which needs to be recorded or you can post or get them sent via courier to us. If the paperwork are in electronic format, send us the electronic copies for each transactional records you want us to use. Simply state your preference by emailing us at sales@accountingandspreadsheet.com. We will then ensure that these are all entered, posted onto our computerised accounting systems. 

ON-LINE BOOK KEEPING SERVICES

In addition we specialise in the provision of on-line bookkeeping services tailored to meet your need irrespective of your georgraphical location. This service is done electronically with the aim of ensuring that all financial records of your business for any given financial year are stored electronically without a worry about filing hard copies of your financial transactions and as a result looking for storage filing spaces. Your documents including invoices etc are electronically scanned as individual transaction and at the click of a link attached to each line of financial transaction, you can easily retrieve each scanned copy of your document. FINALISATION OF ACCOUNTS .....

This service which we can source for you will be electronically provided by a qualified accountant. It is aimed at helping you to finalise or complete your account for any given financial year. This completion of accounts means preparation of the statement of profit and loss, and statement of financial position (or your balance sheet).
